Kindness Commercials

No matter where we work, it is always important to show kindness & put aside differences. That is why there can be a series of commercials in which different company & business competitors will work together to help out different struggling communities & countries. Each commercial would feature different employees that work in competing businesses learning that they are working for the same goal & deciding that it is time to come together. For youngsters, similar commercials can showcase each company's mascots, as discussed in the Community Commercials. All proceeds would go to different charities, as well as communities & countries in need. This will be an awesome way to showcase that kindness is the key to get through tough times.

Specialty Store History Specials

Whenever we visit our favorite Specialty Stores or Experiences, we always need to know the history behind them. That is why PBS can create a series of specials themed to Specialty Store History. These specials would discuss various topics, such as Grand Openings, Attractions, Anniversaries & much more. Interviews with shoppers, guests & former employees will also be featured. The Specialty Stores & Experiences that could be profiled could either be defunct or still operating. Here can be some of the Specialty Stores & Experiences that would be profiled:

Specialty Stores & Experiences that are still operating can team up with PBS Stations to donate merchandise to the needy. This will be a great way to showcase that learning about the history behind Specialty Stores & Experiences is just as fun as visiting them.

Olympic Kindness Specials

The Olympics may be postponed to 2021, but the skills & kindness are within the athletes & fans year round. That is why the Olympics could create a series of specials showcasing that kindness & acceptance make an athlete a true champion, regardless of differences. The specials would feature Olympic athletes teaming up with characters from the Mattel, Hasbro, Spin Master, Crayola, Lego and Classic Video Game Franchises.

Similar specials featuring the same characters could air during FIFA Events or Tennis Matches.

This will be an awesome way to show Olympic fans that a true Olympic Champion doesn't need to have a Gold Medal, but a Heart of Gold.

Sesame Street Community Program

Sesame Street has always been good at bringing communities together. That is why the Discovery Networks could team up with Sesame Street for a new program as a way to show young children the importance of communities coming together.

This new program could feature different Sesame Street characters & their families working with different Discovery Stars & Celebrities to help communities in different ways, such as making meals for the hungry or taking care of animals & the environment. International Sesame Street characters could also appear as a way to show communities that it is important to help out different countries as well.

This program could be a great way to show young children & communities that kindness brings people together.

MLB All Star Family Week

MLB may be shut down right now, but it can always plan new events. One of these events could consist of All Star Family Week. MLB All Star Family week could consist of characters from Sesame Street (International Characters as well), Peanuts & Dr. Seuss teaming up with MLB Players & Mascots to promote kindness in Baseball.

Not only would these characters appear in animated shorts, but also make appearances at All Star Games.

Minor League Baseball could feature a similar event consisting of characters from MGM-UA Animation (Pink Panther), Aardman & Sanrio.

This could be an awesome way to showcase kindness in Baseball.

Disney Springtime Specials

Springtime has just arrived & in honor, Disney could create a series of Springtime Specials celebrating both Easter & Earth Day. Here could be some of these specials:

First, look back at Classic Springtime events at both Disneyland & Walt Disney World, such as Classic Easter Parades in Disney Parks' Springtime Memories.

Next, different Disney & PIXAR characters showcase how it is important to take care of plants, animals & other needs for the earth in Disney's Environmental Fables. Also showcasing clips from Classic Disney & PIXAR Films & Cartoons.

When an invention accidentally turns the Muppets into young children, Kermit, Miss Piggy & the gang learn that Spring isn't just about Dresses & Rabbits, but also about keeping the planet clean in The Muppet Springtime Show.

Finally, shorts from Marvel & Star Wars discuss how to deal with the dangers to the environment in Marvel & Star Wars' Environmental Adventures.

These could be awesome specials to welcome Spring.

Educational Apps

Whether we are in or out of school, education is very important. That is why the major computer networks could team up to create a series of educational apps. These apps could be great for children of all ages who are not able to attend school or when school is out for vacation. Each app could feature different Pop-Culture characters showcasing different educational lessons, such as Math, English, Science & History. The apps would be similar to the educational CD Roms from the 1990's & early 2000's. This could be a great way for children to learn with their favorite characters while not at school.

Soccer Memorial Day Cup

With the Soccer season coming soon, I was thinking that the major US & Canadian soccer leagues could team up for a Memorial Day weekend event. As a second All Star Game, the Memorial Day Cup could feature each of the different soccer leagues participating in a series of smooth & fun yet hard playing exhibition games. All proceeds would go to each team's charity. Appearances from different Soccer Legends, Mascot & Cheer/Dance Squads would also be showcased. Team & Division Match Ups would be similar to the ones discussed in earlier blogs. This could be a great way to bring soccer fans together for the Memorial Day weekend.

Benefits of Positivity Specials

Always know that the true meaning of kindness is being positive. That is why different streaming services & their television counterparts could team up to create some specials themed to Positivity. These specials could feature different celebrities, such as authors, musicians, artists or athletes, discussing how being positive makes people feel better about themselves & other people. Pop Culture characters would be featured as well. There could be different scenarios that showcase how negativity can be harmful & to overcome negative behaviors in yourself & other people. The specials could also showcase how positivity can reinforce kindness in different people. Positivity programs can be held in different schools as a way to teach children about positive attitudes. These could be great ways to showcase the benefits of positivity.

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition Spin-Offs

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition has been good with bringing communities together to help others in need. To show more kindness, the Discovery Networks could come together to create spin-offs. These spin-offs could consist of different Discovery stars renovating & helping out different iconic community destinations. For example, Animal Planet stars could work together to help out different Animal & Pet Rescue Centers while Food Network Stars help out different restaurants. Other examples could include schools, libraries, parks, beaches, boardwalks & lakes, in which the Discovery stars could try to modernize these destinations, while keeping the historical feel to them. All proceeds would not only go to charities, but to foreign countries in need. Celebrities would also help out with these renovations, as well as different Pop Culture characters. These spin-offs would be a great way to bring communities together & showcase kindness.

PBS Women's History Month Specials

In honor of Women's History Month, I was thinking PBS could create a series of specials about women who have created a positive impact in history. These Prime Time specials could discuss different struggles that each woman had to go through & more importantly, the accomplishments that these women achieved. Each special could also discuss that Men & Women could do anything & that, regardless of gender roles, kindness is the top priority. These could be great specials to celebrate women's history month.

Dr. Seuss Adventures in Nature & Science

Dr. Seuss's Birthday is coming up & to celebrate, PBS could create a brand new television series called Dr. Seuss Adventures in Nature & Science. This brand new series could feature different Dr. Seuss characters, such as The Cat in the Hat, Horton the Elephant, Sam I Am, The Lorax & even The Grinch, learning about different forms of Nature & Science. The series would also discuss how Nature & Science are important for the environment.

This could be a great way to teach kids about the importance of Nature & Science.
